5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service.
We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance for added protection.
6. Allergies & Sensitivities
Our soaps contain 100% natural ingredients that are purchased from organic resources, but some may still cause allergic reactions. It is a good idea to test product on a small patch of skin before using.
Customers are responsible for reviewing our ingredient list before purchasing.
We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
6. Custom & Bulk Orders
We do not accept custom and wholesale orders at this time. When we do, processing times and pricing will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Downloadable Products
We do not give refunds for downloadable items. However, if you are unable to download or have some other trouble, than with proof of purchase, we can email your download to you.
